My Complete Reality

No stable income. No support. No university education. This is my reality.

In this moment, I feel hopeless. I feel like a loser. I feel like the world is against me.

Straight out from high school, with a casual job where there are never any shifts, and also happen to be a university drop out (But we'll get to that part later).

Where is the God in that?

I am going to be completely honest with you, because the truth is all that God wants me to speak. I promised vulnerability to this blog. A few weeks ago I was reading through Ezekiel 13, and verses 10-11 read...

“The fact is that they’ve lied to my people. They’ve said, ‘No problem; everything’s just fine,’ when things are not at all fine. When people build a wall, they’re right behind them slapping on whitewash. Tell those who are slapping on the whitewash, ‘When a torrent of rain comes and the hailstones crash down and the hurricane sweeps in and the wall collapses, what’s the good of the whitewash that you slapped on so liberally, making it look so good?"

I don't want to paint the walls of my life with dramatic and insincere artistry or some fake persona of perfection or... whitewash. My life is anything but perfect, but in this moment where I feel like everything is coming down on me, my God is speaking. My God is working. I have no tangible idea what He has planned. For me this is complete blind faith that He is working all my mistakes, faults and failings for my good. Because he loves me. That is the truth in what I believe. Do not let your emotions or what your current reality may look like, let you lose sight of the potential of what God can do!

And when I look back at this time of my life, and see the success, abundance, and purpose have blossomed into my life.
